A tax agency offering tax preparation services, F1 Tax has been operating since 2020.
Ms Hernandez was a CPA professional before she migrated to Australia in 2010, and later looked for opportunities to continue working with numbers.
“The name F1 Tax was inspired by Formula 1, the highest class of international car racing, and the F1 keyboard for help. Hence, our slogan Top Rate Tax Aid, which is what we offer to our clients and the community.”
F1 Tax aims to enable the right outcomes and go the extra mile by educating them on tax and accounting processes.
“We also hope to create more work opportunities for others starting out, as we know what it’s like and how difficult it is to find work when you are new to the country.”
Born out of adversity during the COVID lockdown, Ms Hernandez says they thrived in 2020.
“We chose BREED amongst the other offices that we inspected because it was the best fit for us as a start-up company. It provided us a safe, conducive space to meet clients and do our staff meetings.”
Ms Hernandez says F1 Tax have also enjoyed being able to connect with other small businesses, as well as learning from the coaching sessions provided and gaining some clients along the way.
