BREED Australia recently had the privilege of attending WEXPO 2023, an event that left us inspired and motivated. Held on the 5th of September at the Blacktown Workers Club, this annual gathering is a testament to the vibrancy of Western Sydney’s business community.
WEXPO, short for “Western Sydney Expo,” is an exceptional platform for both professional and personal development. It’s all about showcasing local businesses, agencies, and community groups, offering specialized workshops, and hosting captivating keynote speakers. This year’s event was no exception, featuring exciting entertainment in the Diamond Room and esteemed guest speakers who shared their wisdom.
The overarching goal of WEXPO is to inform and entertain. The event can have specific themes, like “Transition Living” or “Our Community,” or be more general in nature, catering to a diverse audience. Regardless of the theme, WEXPO consistently delivers a valuable experience.

Over the past six weeks, BREED had the privilege of working with a remarkable individual from CathWest, a 16-year-old named Daniel. Together, we helped him develop a business plan and bring his dreams to fruition. Daniel’s dedication led to the creation of his own coffee business, which he proudly showcased at WEXPO. To top it off, he made his very first sale!
We couldn’t be prouder of Daniel’s achievements in just six weeks, and we’re excited to continue supporting him as he nurtures his small business.
