This one-hour, in-person workshop equips students aged 12–18 with practical tools to better understand and manage their emotions, navigate stress, and build the resilience they need to thrive. Through engaging activities and real-world strategies, students walk away with stronger self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a mindset built for growth — all delivered at no cost to schools thanks to the support of the Step into Action Foundation.

Emotional Intelligence & Mental Resilience Mastery

Duration: 1 hour
Delivery: In-person by experienced facilitators
Audience: Youth aged 12–25 (ideal for small groups of 15–20)
Cost: Free for schools and community organisations

This session fits seamlessly into wellbeing days, SEL curriculum, pastoral care programs, youth mentoring, or leadership development initiatives.

  • Recognising, naming, and managing emotions
  • Understanding the link between thoughts, feelings, and actions
