Break Barriers. Build Connection. Create Change.

Change Creators is a six-week youth-led program for young men aged 15–21 who may have had contact with the justice system, probation, youth services, or are facing barriers around school, employment, community connection or future direction. Backed by the NSW Youth Opportunities Program, it supports participants to build self-worth, strengthen connection and identify practical pathways towards education, employment, entrepreneurship, mentoring and community participation.

Who Should Join - and Who Should Refer?

For Young Men (15–21)

Had contact with the justice system or probation? Feeling disconnected but ready to build something new? No prior experience needed — just a willingness to engage and grow.

For Referrers & Community Organisations

Teachers, youth workers, case managers, community leaders — you know who’s ready. Refer a young person to an opportunity that goes deeper than “rescue”. Change Creators offers real pathways, voice, and transformation.
