In an age where young people are facing increasing mental health challenges, they must build the skills to understand and manage their emotions, handle stress, and bounce back from setbacks. BREED’s Emotional Intelligence and Mental Resilience Mastery workshops give participants practical tools, real-life strategies, and the confidence to thrive no matter the circumstances. Through engaging activities and interactive learning, these sessions empower youth to grow stronger, think clearly, and step into their potential.

What’s Covered:

  • Recognising, naming, and managing emotions
  • Understanding the link between thoughts, feelings, and actions
  • Practising empathy, listening, and perspective-taking
  • Managing stress and shifting unhelpful thought patterns
  • Reframing failure and building persistence
  • Strengthening self-confidence and motivation

With 26 years in senior strategy roles across multiple industries, Emmanuel made the leap from corporate life to entrepreneurship, bringing his expertise into business consulting, mentoring, and teaching. Over the past eight years, he has designed and facilitated workshops specifically for young people to provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth. Through his work, he strives to create meaningful experiences that inspire purposeful connections, self-worth and prosperity.
