Social Impact Report 2024/2025

At BREED Australia, we are moving away from traditional annual reports that focus on activities and outputs. Instead, we are adopting a more meaningful approach to how we evaluate and communicate our work. This approach is grounded in a theory of change and focused on real impact

This Social Impact Report is our first formal benchmark in measuring how our programs are creating lasting change. It marks a shift in how we track progress, using both short term indicators and long term trajectories to understand the transformation experienced by the people we support.

The report introduces a framework built around five domains of change. These include mental wellbeing, purpose, connection, life skills and pathway activation. These outcomes are central to our Learning for Good framework and reflect our belief that mindset is the foundation for education, inclusion and opportunity.

We invite you to explore the report and learn more about how BREED is helping individuals move forward with clarity, confidence and connection

Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that BREED is located on the lands of the Darug Peoples and pay our respects to Darug Elders past, present, and emerging. We also acknowledge that Western Sydney is a former resettlement area, and many Aboriginal families call Western Sydney home, some for many years across generations, and for some, more recently. We pay our respects to our Elders and community leaders for their past and ongoing commitment to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in Western Sydney
